To claim your prize from the Punjab State Lottery, follow these steps:

Verify Your Winning Ticket
Ensure your ticket is valid and matches the winning numbers. If the prize is ₹10,000 or less, you can claim it through an authorized retailer or distributor. For prizes over ₹10,000, proceed to the next steps. -
Obtain the Claim Form
Download the official claim form from the Punjab State Lotteries website or obtain it from the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries in Chandigarh. -
Complete the Claim Form
Fill in the required details, including:-
Ticket number and draw date

Prize amount

Bank account details (attach a cancelled cheque)

Passport-sized photographs (three copies, two attested by a 1st Class Magistrate, Notary Public, Oath Commissioner.

If the claimant is a minor, provide an affidavit from the natural guardian/parent.

If claiming after the prescribed period (30 days from the Gazette Notification), include an affidavit explaining the delay.

Submit the Claim Form
Submit the completed form and documents to the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries in Chandigarh. For prizes over ₹10,000, submission must be made at the lottery office. -
Await Verification and Payment
The Directorate will verify your documents. Once verified, the prize amount will be credited directly to your bank account.
